Are these products safe for my skin?
We pride ourselves on providing you with all natural, high quality products that's perfect for ALL skin types! If you're concerned, we suggest doing a patch test on a smaller area of skin first.
How long before I can expect to see results?
Results and times vary for every individual. We recommend giving the products at least 30-60 days before seeing results. Remember, consistency is key!

What is your refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges will be issued if the product has been opened and/or used. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately.
My package is damaged. What should I do?
If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number and pictures of the damage. We will file a claim for damages. Please allow up to 7 business days for confirmation of new item(s) being sent.
I paid for shipping, when can I expect my package?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. First class mail typically arrives between 1-3 business days depending on shipping location.
My order says delivered, but I do not have the package in my possession?
We ask that you reach out to your local post office first.
If they're unable to locate the package, contact us with your order number and we'll open up an investigation.
Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to change anything pertaining to your order, please text us at (870)-710-7406 as soon as possible.
